Our investigation revealed a configuration issue with our admin & checkout application servers which led to this inevitable brief period of poor responsiveness of the platform. We're continuing to optimise the configuration and additionally reviewing implementing extra measures to prevent this happening again. We're always seeking ways to increase reliability and minimise downtime. We know how important keeping your websites and service online is and we take it extremely seriously.
