The issue was due to a third party, but we have found a workaround solution which has been implemented. We’re monitoring and the data will be catching up now.

One of our database clusters is having connection issues.
We’re working on finding the root cause and implementing a fix, until then the ability to filter orders and subscriptions by survey answers will be degraded, and a delay in new orders and subscriptions survey data being filterable will be incurred, until it’s rectified.
