Systems are back online, we're monitoring and making sure everything is running smoothly for the renewals of the 1st.
It turns out we were affected by the 3rd parties issue due to security we have in place as security is such a high priority for us. However we're already reviewing ways we can avoid this happening in future.

It looks like service has been restored on the regions we're on, we're going to start nursing things back online to see how it performs
The third party has identified the cause and is working on a fix. We will update here as soon as we have more info.

Issue turns out to be with one of our third party suppliers and they're aware of the issue.
